By downloading, accessing, or using the REB°RN mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Description of the App
REB°RN is a fitness and wellness application designed for adult women.
The App provides tools related to training, habits, energy awareness, and personal progress tracking.
REB°RN is intended for educational and motivational purposes only.
3. No Medical Advice
REB°RN does not provide medical, health, or therapeutic advice.
Any information presented in the App, including training suggestions or energy-related insights, is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
You should always consult a qualified professional before making health-related decisions.
4. Eligibility
The App is intended for users 18 years of age or older.
By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
5. Account & Access
Some features require account creation using an email address and password.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
6. Subscriptions & Payments
REB°RN offers paid subscriptions.
All payments and billing are processed by Apple App Store in accordance with Apple’s terms and policies.
REB°RN does not handle or store payment information.
Subscription management, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your App Store account.
7. User Content & Local Storage
Content such as photos, videos, notes, or workout summaries created within the App is stored locally on your device.
REB°RN does not upload, store, or back up this content on external servers.
If the App is deleted, locally stored content may be permanently lost.
8. Notifications
The App may send reminders, motivational messages, or habit-related notifications.
You can manage notification preferences at any time through your device settings.
9. Promotions & Campaigns
REB°RN may occasionally offer promotions, challenges, or special campaigns.
Participation is optional and subject to availability.
10. Limitation of Liability
REB°RN is provided “as is” and “as available”.
REB°RN shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damages resulting from the use or misuse of the App.
Use of the App is at your own discretion and responsibility.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and design elements within the App are the property of REB°RN and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
12. Changes to Terms
REB°RN reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
