These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the REBORN mobile application, related websites (including rebornchallenge.com and start.rebornchallenge.com), and creator spaces operated by Reborn Labs ("REBORN", "we", "us"). By using our services you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 16 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity under your account.

2. Health & fitness disclaimer

REBORN provides fitness, wellness, and educational content. It is not medical advice. Consult a physician before starting any exercise or nutrition program. Stop exercising if you feel pain, dizziness, or discomfort. You use the app at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions & payments

• In-app subscriptions are processed through Apple App Store, Google Play, or RevenueCat as applicable.
• Creator Space purchases may be processed through Lemon Squeezy on behalf of independent creators.
• Prices, billing periods, and renewal terms are shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through your store account before the renewal date.
• Refunds follow the policies of the payment platform used for the purchase.

4. Creator spaces

Some programs are offered by independent creators. Their content, pricing, and support may differ from core REBORN offerings. REBORN provides the platform; creators remain responsible for their published guides within our guidelines.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, scrape or copy content at scale, harass others, or upload unlawful material. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

The REBORN brand, app, workouts, designs, and platform software are owned by Reborn Labs or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your own fitness purposes. Creator content remains the property of the respective creator or licensors.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, REBORN is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
